Fast
We will respond to all enquiries the same day where possible but in any event within 1 working day
If instructed, we will offer an appointment within 48 hours of instruction.
Where a certificate is required confirming advice has been given, the certificate will be provided within 24 hours of us being instructed to do so, which will normally be at the time the advice is provided.
The loan (and the interest due on it) only becomes repayable following the death of the owner (or when the owner is placed into long term care so that the house is no longer needed) at which point the house can be sold and the loan repaid from the proceeds of the sale. Any money left over belongs to the owner (or their estate).
Flexible
We understand that it can be difficult for your clients to find time for Independent Legal Advice. That’s why we go to the client, whether that is at their home or place of work.
Video conferencing may also be offered in some circumstances (subject to lender requirements).
Professional
All advice will be provided by friendly and experienced solicitors regulated by the SRA.
Secure
All documents are securely stored in our cloud-based case management system, which has been approved by the Law Society of England and Wales, on servers located in the UK.
